McCoy's put the wrong oil filter on my son's 2012 Ford Focus and the filter came off the engine. This resulted in the engine seizing and the car had to be junked. McCoy 's did not take any responsibility for the issue. It's disgusting that they would do this to a student living on his own at college. They may have had a good reputation but made an error in this repair and should have taken responsibility. Karma is a b**ch, I hope they get what they deserve.
